Local pick-up in Oakland
Free local pick up is available in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland Monday through Wednesday.
Please email or DM to coordinate a day, time, and to be given the studio address.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS in compostable or recyclable packaging within 7 business days of receiving the order.
Shipping rates for the U.S. are calculated by product weight. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the U.S. IDEAL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping costs.
International Flat Rates are $19.95 (no tracking) or $45.00 (with tracking). The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties.
Exchange
IDEAL does not offer refunds on items purchased from the store.
